1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing SleekGrove Atelier’s site or booking a class, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Classes and bookings

• Seats are limited; registration is confirmed upon payment receipt
• We may adjust schedules due to safety or equipment maintenance
• We may refuse enrollment for conduct or safety reasons

3. Refunds

Full refund 7 days prior to the first session, 50% within 7 days, no refunds after the class begins, except where required by law.

4. Studio conduct

• Follow instructor guidance and posted safety notices
• Wear closed shoes; tie back hair; no food at wheels
• Label projects and clean shared areas after use

5. Intellectual property

Class materials, videos, and handouts are for enrolled participants. Do not copy, publish, or resell without written permission. Your original clay works remain yours.

6. Disclaimers

We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee particular creative outcomes or commercial success of your work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekGrove Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the class in dispute.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
